Crunchy Buttermilk Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1 lb Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and grated
- 10 oz snow peas, sliced lengthwise
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Salt
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- t tbsp fresh ginger

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, toss cabbage, carrots, and snow peas. In a separate bowl whisk mayonnaise, buttermilk, salt, brown sugar, vinegar and ginger until smooth.
Pour dressing over slaw and toss. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
