Hashbrown quiche

Ingredients
- 1 20 oz package refrigerated hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss or jack cheese
- 1 chopped green onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-4 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
- salt and pepper

Step 1
spray 10" pie plate with non stick spray. Press hashbrowns into bottom and sides of pie plate. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes. Bake 425 for 25 mins or until lightly browned. Beat eggs, milk an pepper sauce together. Add salt and pepper stir in ham, cheeses and onion. Pour into potato crust Bake uncovered for 25-30 mins. Let stand for 10 mins before serving. Add vegetables or substitute ham for bacon or sausage based on taste preference.
