Velveeta Stuffed Cheese Roll

Ingredients
- 1 pound mild jalapeño Velveeta cheese
- at room temperature
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 4-ounce can chopped green chilies
- 1 4-1/2-ounce jar chopped pimientos
- 1 4-1/2-ounce can chopped ripe olives

Preparation
Step 1
Place Velveeta between two sheets of wax paper and roll into an 8x4-inch rectangle. Spread with cream cheese. Mix chilies, pimientos, and olives, and spread over the cheese mixture. Fold over the two ends to the middle. Place on a serving plate with seam side down. Serve with assorted crackers.
