Ingredients
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 5 Tbsp + 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 2 Cups cooked Pasta
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 3/4 tsp Unsalted Butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350o F. Butter a pie plate and set it aside
2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl until well mixed. Stir in all of the remaining ingredients except the butter. Pour into the pie plate. Cut the butter into bits and distribute all over the top.
3. Bake 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and very lightly stir the mixture. Return to the oven and bake and additional 10-15 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out almost dry. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
