Ingredients
- 6 skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken pieces in 4 qt crockpot. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours, high 3 to 4 hours.
