Mahi Mahi with Asian Sauce

Very flavorful. The National Audobon Society and other organiziations report that Mahi Mahi is one of those fishes that are OK to eat. They are mid range, not the best, but also not the worst. This recipe is worth going mid-range in my mind.

Ingredients
- Asian Sauce:
- 2 pounds Mahi Mahi Steaks
- Butter
- White pepper
- Asian Sauce
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoons garlic
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 Tablespoons orange juice
Preparation
Step 1
Grill fillets on grile while brushing the fish with melted butter.
Season while grilling with salt and white pepper.
In stainless steel pan, heal all ingredients blending well. (Do not cook).
Pour sauce over the cooked Mahi Mahi.
Serve with long grained rice.
