Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 T. onion powder
  • 1/2 t. black pepper
  • 2 T. sofrito
  • 2 Tb. Canola oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 c. carrots, cut in chunks
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 envelope Goya sazon seasoning
  • 6 potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 2 tablespoons pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • 2 cups hot water
