Ingredients
- swiss cheese slices
- thin sliced chicken breast 1/4 thickness
- flour
- salt pepper
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 white wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- fresh spinach leaves
Preparation
Step 1
mix flour and salt and pepper. Flour chicken. and add spinach leaves on top of chicken 1 layer. add slice of swiss cheese and roll up tie with string or with tooth picks.Melt 2 tbs butter in pan and fry chicken over medium heat turning frequently until golden brown. add chicken broth and white wine and oregano .increase heat and bring to boil.Then reduce heat to simmer until slightly thickened.Garnish with parsley serve with white rice
