Ingredients
- 4 (4-oz.) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (6-oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange chicken in a slow cooker. In a cup, combine lemonade concentrate, brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar; blend well; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and cover to keep warm. Transfer cooking liquid to a saucepan over medium-low heat; skim fat. In a cup, combine cornstarch and cold water; slowly add to cooking liquid, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce has thickened; serve sauce with chicken.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed red skin potatoes and a big salad.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure ketchup and vinegar are gluten free. Use arrowroot starch instead of cornstarch.
