Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Stuffing Mix
  • 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup mix
  • 1/2 Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Loaf
Beat eggs and combine with beef, buttermilk, and onion soup.
Sprinkle seasoning mix on top.

Place in loaf pan and wrap with foil. Place pan in second pan containing water and wrap both with foil.
Cook for 1 ½ hours at 400 degrees.
Remove foil and drain grease.

Add tomato sauce on top, put back in oven without foil, and cook for another 30 minutes.
