Lifesavers Candy Pacifiers - Baby Shower 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • Wintogreen lifesavers candies (individually wrapped candies that come in a bag are recommended)
  • Jelly Belly jellybeans (I prefer the peachy "grapefruit flavor" color, and rose/pink flavors)
  • Bright White candy melts, melted (for glue)
  • Wire cooling rack that is 1-2 inches high
  • Optional, ribbon

Preparation

Step 1

I attached all the Lifesaver "handles" to the bases with some melted candy melts first (before attaching any jellybeans). I used a toothpick to apply the "glue", but you may pipe it from a plastic baggie if desired. As each one is completed, turn it upside down (with the handle upright) for the melted candy to set.

When the candy has hardened, turn the attached Lifesavers over to the flat side then attach a jellybean in the center with a small ring of melted candy around the hole. Hold in place for a few seconds, then carefully place pacifier between the wires of the cooling rack with the jellybean upright.

Allow time for the candy to set before transferring to a serving tray. If desired, add a ribbon or cord in the hole of the handles.
