
Ingredients
- 2 Green Bell Peppers (Red & yellow may be substituted)
- 1 Lg Onion Peeled
- 4 Ripe Tomatoes, peeled
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Lb Lean Top Sirloin Steak
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Pinch Dried Oregano
- Salt & freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cut up Peppers, onions and tomatoes into 1/2" pieces. Sauté in Olive oil until onions are transparent, Cube steak into bite sized pieces, In a a separate pan, rubbed with Olive oil, sear meat quickly until browned outside but still rare inside.
Add sautéed vegetables, chili powder, oregano & garlic. Season to taste with salt & pepper, Mix Well.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, Serve at once, alone or with side dishes of Rice, Tortillas and green salad.
TIP: Add tomatoes to the vegetables just before combining with the meat to keep from getting to mushy
