Ingredients
- 1 box bowtie pasta
- 1 package imitation crab meat shredded (about two cups)
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 3 oz shredded parmesan cheese
- 3 oz shredded asiago cheese
- 2 small tomatoes diced
Preparation
Step 1
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, salting the water liberally.
Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
Add shredded crab to water and cook additional one minute or until pasta is tender.
Meanwhile, melt butter.
Drain pasta and stir in melted butter, salt, pepper and garlic.
Stir in cheese.
Serve warm with diced tomatoes on side as garnish.
