Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 box (16 0z) powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, chpped and toasted
- This is the frosting for Italian Cream Cake.
- Leave out the pecans if you want to use it on other cakes.

Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed until smooth.
Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Stir in vanilla and pecans.
