  • 1 large Eggland's Best Egg
  • 1 slice sliceBorden Fat Free Singles Sharp Cheese
  • 1/2 slice Dak Ham 98% fat free

Preparation

Step 1

Split and lightly toast English muffin. cut cheese slice in half. place one half slice cheese on each cut side half of muffin. Cut 1/2 ham slice in half brown and heat ham slices in dry pan a few minutes. place 1/4 piece ham on top of cheese. sramble eggin a small bowl and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Fray in a cirle in a nonstick fry pan sprayed with just a touch of cooing spray. Fold cooked egg circle in half then half again so you have a triangle shape. Place on top of ham then cove with other mufiin half.
