Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Peanut Butter - all natural
- 4 mashed ripe bananas
- 1 c. uncooked oats
- 1 c. egg whites and 2 whole eggs
- 4 scoops banana protein powder
- 4 t. baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, hand mix all ingredients together.
Place muffin lingers in each holder of a 12 -count muffin tray. Spray each with a light coating of nonstick cooking spray.
Fill each muffin tin around 2/3 of the way full, until there is no more batter.
Place the tray in the center rack of the oven and allow to cook for 18 - 22 minutes.
