Ingredients
- 1lb1 lb lean ground beef
- 2/3c2/3 c evaporated milk
- 1tsp1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2c1/2 c fine bread crumbs
- 1/3c1/3 c tomato paste
- 3oz3 oz Parmesan cheese
- 4oz4 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1/4tsp1/4 tsp oregano
- 3oz3 oz velveeta, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix first 4 ingredients
2. Pat mixture evenly in bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
3. Spread tomato paste over meat.
4. Drain mushroom and arrange evenly in bottom of pie pan.
5. Sprinkle velveeta over mushrooms, then oregano over cheese.
6. Shake Parmesan cheese on last.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is done.
8. Enjoy! This is best with mashed potatoes!
