Ingredients
- 8 bread slices, crust removed, buttered on both sides
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
- 1 cup peas, cooked and drained

Preparation
Step 1
Press bread into muffin tins. Bake on bottom shelf in 350’F oven until browned, about 15 minutes.
Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk until it boils and thickens.
Add eggs and peas. Stir. Arrange toast cups on serving plate. Spoon mixture into cups.
