Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 / 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- 10 oz Bag of spinach, stems removed
- 1 medium kiwifruit, sliced
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 medium mango diced (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 medium papaya, seeded and diced (about 3/4 cup)
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup roasted walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Dressing: Process first 7 ingredients in blender for 5 seconds
With motor running, slowly add vinegar through hole in lid. Process until thick and smooth. Stir in second amount of poppy seeds. Makes 1 cup
Put remaining ingredients into a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing. Toss. Makes 8 cups.
(I put dressing on only what I am eating at the time)
