Ingredients
- 1 med chopped onion
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- 1 chopped gr. pepper
- 1 1/3 c. chopped tomato
- 4 c. purple hull peas, cooked with liquid.
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion in oil 2 minutes. Add celery and green pepper and sauté 2 more minutes. Add tomato, peas, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
