Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c cut up chicken breast
  • 1/2 c slivered almonds
  • 1 c sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 c cut up pimento
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 c French fried onions
  • 3/4 c grated cheese (either parmesan or cheddar)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together except onion and cheese. Season with celery salt and pepper to taste. Top with crumbled onion and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish.
