Ingredients
- 2 c cut up chicken breast
- 1/2 c slivered almonds
- 1 c sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c cut up pimento
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 c French fried onions
- 3/4 c grated cheese (either parmesan or cheddar)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together except onion and cheese. Season with celery salt and pepper to taste. Top with crumbled onion and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish.
