- 1/4 to 1/2 pound corned beef, sliced thin
- 1 pound sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter the bottom of a 13X9-inch baking dish.
Spread a 1/4 cup of the thousand Island dressing on the bottom half of the rolls. Place the bottom half of the rolls in baking dish. Layer the sliced corn beef over the rolls. Spread the sauerkraut over the corned beef and lay the Swiss cheese slices over the top of the sauerkraut. Spread the remaining Thousand Island dressing over the inside of the top halves of the rolls and place on top of the Swiss cheese.
Using a pastry brush, brush butter over the tops of the rolls and place in the oven to bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Remove from the oven and cut each roll out, place on a plate and serve. Enjoy!
