- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1/4 cup Onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Green Peppers (chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 small jalapeños peppers (minced)
- 60 ml OXO Beef
- 30 ml Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Taco Seasoning
- CHUNKY AVOCADO SALSA
- 2 cups Tomatoes (grape tomatoes)
- 2 large Avacados (peeled, pitted & diced)
- 2/3 cup Onions (red onions)
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp White Sugar
- salt & fresh ground pepper
- SPICED SOUR CREAM
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise Calorie Wise
- 1/2 tsp. Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Taco Seasoning
- SALAD
- Lettuce
- 1/4 cup Corn
- 1/4 cup Black Beans
- 1/8 cup Cheese, shredded
- TORTILLA BOWLS
- 2 Tortillas, Burrito size
- 1 tsp. Olive Oil
- Taco Seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
TACO BEEF Cook beef, green pepper, onion, garlic and jalapeño in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink about 8 minutes. Do not drain sprinkle taco seasoning over beef then add broth and ketchup. Mix well. Reduce heat to medium cook uncovered for 2 minutes until liquid reduces. Keep warm
SALSA Gently toss all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover refrigerate until ready to use.
SPICED SOUR CREAM Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover refrigerate until ready to use.
TORTILLA BOWLS Mix olive oil with 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning. Use pastry brush, coat both sides if tortillas with oil mixture. Press into pans. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes.
SALAD Layer ingredients in the following order; lettuce, beef, corn, black beans, cheese, sour cream, salsa, sour cream.
