Ingredients
- package of thin cut pork chops (4 or 5 - around one pound)
- Duck Sauce (found in Chinese section of store
- Pineapple tidbits 1 4 oz cup
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400 F
Place pork chop in roasting pan.
Pour duck sauce over chops.
using a folk coat both sides of chops.
Next pour pineapple over chops.
Bake pork chops 20-25 minutes.
