Ingredients

  • 4 fillet (6 oz each) of white fish (such as cod)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 c red onion
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Season fish. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook fish until opaque in centers, about 3 minutes per side.

In a medium bowl, toss next 7 ingredients; season salsa.

Serve fish with salsa. Top with cilantro.
