Christmas Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz (250 ml) pkg. cream cheese (not light and not spreadable)
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 - 1 lb. (500 ml) jar sharp cheese spread
- 1 - 8 oz. (250 g) pkg. cold pack cheddar cheese (Imperial is good)
- 3 oz. (85 g.) blue cheese
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz. (115 g.) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup parsley, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except pecans and parsley in a double boiler or large pan over very low heat. Stir until well blended, then cool. Shape into balls or logs and roll in pecans and parsley. To store, wrap in plastic and refrigerate
