Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- dash of garlic salt
- black pepper corn
- 1/4 butter (real)
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2/3 cup cream

Step 1
Rub steaks with garlic salt. Press and pat pepper into top and bottom surfaces and sides of steak.
Heat a heavy skillet and melt butter. When butter stops frothing, sear steaks on all sided until plump and rare with expanded juices. Use tongs to turn. Seal all over and press pepper back into surface with spoon.
Pour brandy on and ignite and let burn out. Remove steaks and keep hot in 200 degree oven
