Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs sirloin cubes (small pieces)
  • onion
  • oil
  • 2 big cans beef broth
  • 3 cans bean sprouts (la choy - drained)
  • 3 8 oz cans mushroom stems and pieces (drained)
  • 2 chopped green peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sirloin cubes with onion and a little bit of oil. Add 2 big cans beef broth and simmer 45 minutes. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms and green peppers.

In a bowl with lid mix 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup corn starch and shake very well.

Add mixture slowly to thicken and stir

Simmer 30 minutes and serve with chow mein noodles
