Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 box rice krispies
- 2 pkg orieda o'brien potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup hellman's mayo
- 1 aluminum pan - lasagna size

Preparation
Step 1
put potatoes in pan. On stove melt 1 stick of butter on low heat. Add soup and 1 cup cheese and mayo. Let simmer.
Pour over potatoes and stir. Cover the top with cheese.
Melt other stick of butter on stove.
Pour butter on top of 3 1/2 cups of crushed rice krispies. Stir and spread over top of cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
