Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 10 1/2 oz can beef consomme (undiluted)
- 10 1/2 oz can onion soup (undiluted)
- 8 oz can water chestnuts (use 4 oz, sliced and drained)
- 6 oz box long grain wild rice

Step 1
Place butter and soups in 1 1/2 quart casserole and place in 350 degree oven until butter is melted. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms and rice with seasonings. Stir to mix and return to 350 degree oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
