Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 16 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 lbs)
  • 4 cups spinach leaves, shredded (6 oz)
  • 8 slice bacon, crumbled !1/2 cup)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers (7 oz)
  • 2 Tbs chopped fresh or 2 tsp dried marjoram leaves
  • 2 Tbs Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 13x9 dished with cooking spray. Cut 4 in slit in thick side of each breast. Set aside.

Mix spinach, bacon, cheese, bell peppers and half of the marjoram. Spoon 3-4 Tbs into pocket in each chicken breast. Secure with toothpicks. Brush dressing over tops of chicken breasts. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, remaining marjoram and paprika.

Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink
