Ingredients
- 4 cup frozen O'Brien potatoes (16 oz)
- 1 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (3 oz)
Preparation
Step 1
Spray piece of heavy duty foil with cooking spray. Place potatoes on foil. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Wrap foil around potatoes. Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 30 minutes, turning once. Open packet, sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Cover loosely and let stand 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. For variety use 4 cups seasoned country style potato wedges with skins instead of O'Brien potatoes and omit oil and salt or use monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers.
