Red Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
- 1/3 C evoo
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 C red quinoa, cooked according to the package directions
- 1/4 C red onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 C cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 oz feta
- fresh or dried oregano to taste
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and chill well before serving.
