Crostini

Ingredients
- 32 (1/4 inch thick) slices baguette style french bread
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
- 2 cups finely chopped italian plum tomatoes
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp coarse ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place bread on sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake 6-9 minutes or until crisp. Cool completely on wire rack.
Meanwhile, finely chop artichokes. In medium bowl, combine artichokes, tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and mix well.
Serve mixture with bread slices.
