Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup Earth Balance® Original Buttery Spread
- 1/2 cup Earth Balance® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 cups frozen strawberries, thawed or fresh strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
To a food processor, add 2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and baking powder, pulsing to combine.
Add peanut butter and buttery spread, pulsing until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Divide peanut butter dough into tart pans that have been lightly greased with Earth Balance®, pressing into the sides and the center.
In a small bowl, lightly mash the strawberries with 3/4 cups sugar and 1/2 cup flour. Divide between tart pans.
Place tart pans on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
