Michelle's Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
  • 1 Tbs dried parsley flakes
  • 2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Homemade sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine egg, ricotta, 1/4 cup of the parmesan and parsley flakes.

Layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture and mozzarella. Repeat until all layers are complete

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes and let stand 10 minutes. if prepared ahead, cover for 35 minutes and then uncover and bake about 20 minutes more.
