Ingredients
- 2 large pieces imported chocolate(about 1 pound)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 3/4 stick butter
- 2 boxes petit beurre

Preparation
Step 1
Crumble boxes of cookies into small but not very tiny pieces. Melt chocolate/egg cocoa/butter.
Combine all into a bowl.
Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and shape cooking mixture into a log. Wrap tightly and put into freezer. Just before company arrives put cookie into refrigerator.
Take out at serving time and slice.
Notes: If you can't find LU Le Petit Beurre use any kind of pure butter biscuits.
