Pecan Pralines

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 can evaporated milk =7 1/2 oz Pet milk
- 2 cups pecans chopped
- 1 stick butter

Step 1
First arrange wax paper on counter for when pralines turn. Put all ingredients in sauce pot and bring to boil. Test for when pralines have "turned" by dropping small spoonful of praline into ice water. If praline stays together, then it is ready to pour. Drop spoonfuls of pralines onto wax paper to cool.
