Ingredients
- 1 lb mild sausage (bob evens)
- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage (crumbled) drain well. Line bottom of buttered 13 x 9 with 6 rolls pressing the perforations together. Sprinkle sausage over rolls. Then cheese. Combine milk, eggs and spices. Pour over sausage. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min or till set. Let stand 5 min. before eating.
