Scalloped Potatoes

  • butter
  • cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • potatoes
  • milk

Preparation

Step 1

Put butter pats on bottoms of corning ware dish. Layer potatoes, more butter chunks, shredded cheddar, flour, salt and pepper. Continue to layer until potatoes are all used. Add milk just about half way in dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours to 1 3/4 hours. Bubbly and brown on top.
