Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 lb ground beef (use 2-3 lbs)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ragu
  • green peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Add meat, rice, salt and pepper in bowl with a little ragu and water to make filling soft. Knead together. Cut tops off of peppers and stuff with filling and put in deep pan. (I use a deep foil pan). Pour ragu in separate bowl with 1/3 jar of water and mix. Pour over the top of peppers and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
