Pico De Gallo in A Ninja Chopper

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red onion, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro, stems removed
  • 1 small jalepeno pepper, seeded, cut into quarters
  • 3 roma or plum tomatoes, seeded, cut into quarters
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice or to taste
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in the order listed into a Ninja chopper and use short pulses until chopped. If you over pulse it will end up salsa.
