Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red onion, cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro, stems removed
- 1 small jalepeno pepper, seeded, cut into quarters
- 3 roma or plum tomatoes, seeded, cut into quarters
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice or to taste
- kosher salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in the order listed into a Ninja chopper and use short pulses until chopped. If you over pulse it will end up salsa.
