Warm Weather Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 part Balsamic vinegar
• 2 parts Grapeseed or favorite oil
• Squirt of Dijon mustard
• Couple grindings of fresh black pepper
• Few snips of your favorite herb

Preparation

Pour into a jar and shake well.
