When Mrs. Tatman and her family were on Kuaia. It was a rainy cold day. They came back from the canyon and went into the Kokee Lodge where they served this corn bread

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/4 c Milk
- 1/2 lb Butter; melted
- 3 c Bisquick
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1/4 c Corn meal
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together eggs and milk. Combine dry ingredients. Add egg-milk mixture and melted butter. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. NOTES : This one is a favorite of ours. It is the most delicious cornbread - almost like cake!
