Ingredients
- rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups (approx) water
- aluminum foil
Preparation
Step 1
Place the bird on top of the foil and close it completely over the chicken. Add water around foil to prevent bird from drying out. Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on high for 5 hours. Check with a meat thermometer at 4½ hours. You want the temperature to be between 175 and 180 degrees F
