Shamrock Shake Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 3.4oz vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk (used skim)
  • 8oz. cool whip, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 16 drops green food coloring
  • stpre bought graham cracker crust

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mixes and the milk until well combined. Then add the cool whip, the mint extract, and green food coloring

2. Pour the mixture into a premade pie crust. Refrigerate until completely set, about 4 hours or overnight

3. Serve with whip cream and a cherry
