Melba Toast Savory Bites

Top your favorite salad or soup with these snack treats in place of ordinary croutons and you have yourself a whole new meal.

Ingredients
- 1 (5 1/4 ounce) package plain melba toast rounds
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Dash Cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place toast rounds in a medium bowl; set aside.
2. In a small bowl stir together oil, Worcestershire sauce, water, basil, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
3. Drizzle oil mixture over toast rounds; toss to coat.
4. Spread toast rounds on 1 inch rack and cook on power level high for 7 minutes.
5. Turn and bake for another 7 minutes.
6. Cool on a wire rack.
