Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 large fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1 inch chunks, or one can of pineapple chunks, drained and liquid reserved
- 12 slice bacon, cut crosswise into thirds

Preparation
Step 1
1. Soak 36 toothpicks in water for 30 minutes; drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Add pineapple, and cover, and chill 30 minutes.
3. Drain pineapple, discarding marinade.
4. Wrap each pineapple chunk with 1/3 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick.
5. Place on the 4 inch rack and cook on power level high cook for 4 minutes per side.
6. Serve warm.
