Ingredients
- 8 ounce jar Dijon-style mustard (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp.dry red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp.dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp.dried basil, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl stir together mustard, olive oil, wine, garlic, rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme and pepper. Spread 1/2 cup of the mustard mixture evenly over chicken.
2. Cover and chill chicken and reserved mustard mixture for 8 to 24 hours. Drain, discarding marinade. Makes about 24 (1 tablespoon servings).
