Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pound turkey breast tenderloins

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a 2 cup glass measures combine white wine, orange juice, soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, oil, garlic powder, and ginger.

2. Cut turkey lengthwise into thin strips.

3. Place strips in a freezer safe plastic bag.

4. Pour marinade over turkey; seal and turn bag.

5. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

6. Drain the turkey, discarding the marinade.

7. Skewer, (accordion-style) onto several wooden skewers.

8. Place turkey on the 4 inch rack and cook on power level high for 7-8 minutes per side.

Tips
You can substitute turkey for skinless, boneless chicken breast halves.
You can also prepare marinate the turkey and place in the freezer, if cooking from frozen cook on power level for 10-13 minutes per side.
